This is a family event for IEEE members, all family members are welcome to join you. The cost to members and their family is free! Lunch will be provided by Cleveland IEEE, the tours are provided by USS COD Submarine Memorial organization.
The USS Cod is a decommissioned World War II submarine that is docked by Cleveland by Burke Airport (and Lean Dog and the Rock Hall)
Tour of the USS Cod (30 minutes to 45 minutes)
- Backpacks are not allowed aboard the USS Cod. Lockers are available
- We will be going up and down ladders. Dress appropriately by not wearing skirts or kilts.
Box lunch will be provided
There is free parking near the entrance to the USS Cod. Overflow parking will be compensated.
