Washkewicz College of Engineering at Cleveland State University and IEEE Control System Society Jointly Present:

Debbie Berry, PE shares her journey as a female Civil Engineer from undergraduate school, to graduate school, to her experiences working as an engineer and beyond.  She will touch on some of the challenges and opportunities that exist for women working in a predominantly male field.  Debbie will also share how the problem solving skills she developed during her engineering education laid the foundation for an atypical opportunity in community and real estate development where she now is instrumental in “Shaping the Future” of Cleveland’s growing University Circle neighborhood
